"Wasn’t super close to the main sights but very easy to access via bus or metro. There is a cute neighbourhood surrounding the hotel with options for dining everyday. Hotel is just in front of a main holiday but the windows are very soundproof. We managed to have a view in the distance of the Eiffel Tower too :) For the price to comfort ratio, I would stay there again. Very effective AC made for a comfortable sleep and wall sized blackout curtains. Triple room had a double bed and a twin bed...

"The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated, and equipped with everythign you'll need, the service by Claire Lavaud... impeccable!, everyday we had a wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from a true 'boulanger', everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located near porte d'Orlean metro station, M4 line, and you can from there easily go to all the main touristic area of Paris without the need to change lines. No doubt that we will book Maison Lavaud again for our next...

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. I had issues with my credit card and they offered me their land phone to call my bank at no charge to me. The breakfast was also amazing with lots of options and this hotel was close to the metro. Overall experience was awesome!"

"Stayed in room on very top floor. Please note: The top floor is roughly 20 steps up on a narrow, curving staircase. The host was kind enough to carry my bags to the top for me. Thank YOU! The room was smaller than it appears in pictures. However it was fully equipped as advertised. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was clean, neat and prepared for cooking. "It's very convenince if you travel by train or tram, close Metro, and also easy to find the food. The receptionists are friendly and warm welcome. The room is clean but very small, it's suitable for people that would not like only sleep in the bed. Good trip!!!"

"We had a family suite and it was way better than what I had imagined, very clean, AC, nose size bathrooms ( for a hotel boutique in Paris) elevator a bit challenging but manageable with luggages. Loved the location and the cleanliness. Very much recommend it!"

"This hotel is one of the nicest where we have stayed. Our suite had two bedrooms and a bathroom for the four of us, and the hotel provided shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and the employees were very helpful, especially when we had to take an early morning train. They were also helpful in recommending restaurants and shops in the area. I would definitely stay there again if I were going to Paris."

"The hotel is located in the nice location. We stayed in a room for 3 persons. The room is large and very comfortable. Staffs are friendly and provide useful advice. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay in this hotel. However, I felt a little bit insecure to leave the key room at the reception where it is possible for anyone to easily get my key room if they know my room number. "

"Spotlessly clean and fresh with thoughtful decor. Comfy bed and quiet, apart from some late night arrivals. Breakfast nicely presented. Morning reception staff were very pleasant. They are strict about the 3pm check in, which is fine, but be aware if coming off a long haul flight, as I did. I managed to kill 4 exhausting hours by wandering the streets and drinking coffee.
