I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. "the hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were excellent and the bar was well stocked and the service was excellent. My only observation, is that for a property that large, it should have a small club vive place, nothing over the top. I didn't see a game room, like pool tables etc. if you have it, then I didn't see it."
