"The hotel was excellent, very clean, the room was great! The only issue I had was knocking on our door at 9am this morning. Check out is 11am, housekeeping is only done every three days unless you request otherwise. We were only there for the night and check out is 11am. That was a huge disappointment as once I’m awake, I can’t get back to sleep. Didn’t need to be up at 9am. Everything else was outstanding."

Cindy at check-in was very helpful and understanding when I had a slight delay, which I really appreciated—great customer service. The only downsides were that the website didn’t mention the pool was under maintenance. They do allow guests to use the pool at the neighboring hotel, which was nice, Overall, still a good experience, and I would stay again."
