Clean. Staffs are friendly and very nice. Shower pressure is weak. Leaking water from shower. Towels are kinda old. Hardwood floor = noise from upstairs was loud. Breakfast is ok.

They are charging a “parking lot maintenance fee” now which is a way to still say free parking and not disclose. Both ice machines were down so I expect a “ice machine maintenance fee” charge for the next unsuspecting guest. Never been charged for maintenance fees for a building. If you want to charge for parking just say so up front. Rooms are fine and breakfast was good.

The location is great. Everything is close by including SeaWorld. Our room was ok with a lot of wear and tears but comfy. The restroom was full of rust all around. We did not get room service due to short staff they said. We had to go to the front for needs.
