"The hotel is not updated. It is old but unique. Our room faced the freeways and was awful noisy. The bed was excellent. The perk of the hotel is the restaurant on 18th floor with buffet - revolving, with awesome views, delicious food, amazing staff."

"The room was clean, the women at the front desk are always helpful and kind. I've stayed here three times and would come back, and / or recommend it to others. I only gave it four stars because this time the door stuck, the toilet was difficult to flush and the toilet paper holder had been broken and was barely in the wall. I put some muscle into closing the door and flushing and put the tp roll on the counter so that was that. Oh, I did almost forget this time the fridge wasn't the best. Whatever setting it was on leaked onto my food. That was a definite bummer that hadn't happened before. There is an elevator. Tv works, there are decent plugs and light, the couch and desk were good for working. I used my own WiFi,so i can't comment on that, but T-Mobile has good service there. Breakfast smells good, but it too late for me to do anything but grab an apple on the way out, which I really appreciate!!"
