"The room was dusty and had not been vacuumed or mopped. The floor was stained and bed sheets were stained. Pillow covers had women’s white hair on them. There was no soap or toilet paper provided. The balcony was dirty and covered with bird droppings. The condition of the room was unacceptable. It appeared we were assigned a room that had already been used and not properly cleaned. "
