As someone who books 175 to 200 rooms annually for business and personal travel, I wanted to see if things had improved. We arrived at 1:40 PM after an 800-kilometer drive. "We love this hotel.....the staff is lovely, the location is great. I would like to have a shower cap instead of three make-up remover packs. The breakfast is adequate but I a gluten free and there were just regular muffins and no option for toasting bread which I usually bring with me. There was yogurt and fruit which was great. We are coming again next month and will stay at the Senator."

"Very nice newer hotel. Staff were friendly and engaging. Room was clean and spacious. Water park was basic, with an adequate pool, hot tub and waterslide. Plenty of free parking on the property. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food items (eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, bread and bagels, cereal, fruit, juice coffee and milk). Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A very nice place to stay."
