"Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and...

"Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me."

"Room was lovely, spacious and worked well for our family of 5. The staff are exceptional and the food was varied and offered vegetarians and picky kids plenty to choose from. The less good….the pools are either freezing or way too warm. Our kids were pumped for the water park but we ended up hardly using it because the water was too cold. There’s one heated pool which is so warm it’s like a bath - on warm days the kids were overheating in it. The inside spaces below reception are tired and...

"On arrival we received a Free Welcome Pack & Free Drinks. Extremely good & exceptionally high quality Luxury Hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes walk to the city centre. Amazing to see how CLEAN & Polished this place is and smells like Roses. "

"The place is beautiful with clean rooms and great staff. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The Riad is walking distance from a lot of important places like El Badi Palace, Saadian tombs, etc. We had a great time at the place."
