Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa
Room was extremely simple and quite small. I think I was expecting more from online images and exterior of building. Staff were friendly enough, and sorted out an issue with our room efficiently. The bar area was nice and staff were courteous.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was decent. Food was delicious. I marked it as good because even though I had checked in online the day before it still took nearly 10 minutes to check in and get my key at the desk.
