"They downgraded a room we had reserved and wouldn't refund the difference. This was after no one was at the front desk for 20 + minutes to check in. The tub was dirty and nothing was stocked. Breakfast was good at least. Usually have good luck at other Holiday Inn Expresses, but not this one."

"Beds were awful And so were the pillows"

"Very clean hotel. Rooms and bed very comfortable and breakfast was exceptional for a continental breakfast"

"Very helpful front desk associate, very polite and professional. Overall great stay in residence with full of utensils and basic kitchen amenities required for short stay."

"Clean room"

"Clean room, location."

It was very nice having a door to close off the sitting area. The breakfast was good every morning ( the coffee and juice too). The staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. I would definitely stay here again. We watch the groundhogs out of the window in our room. There is a big shopping...

"Room had terrible mildew smell, the rest of room was also kinda dirty unfortunately. I was disappointed they couldn’t refund me some money"

"clean room, staff. parking. stores near by. Note, if you like the $$$ hotels, where you can purchase a buffet breakfast for 2 and pay $70 just for one breakfast, this is not the place for you. I left a big expensive hotel and this place cost me $70 ish for the night stay rather than $400 counting paid parking. The staff was just as pleasent. The walk was 2 feet from my trunk. Bigger room refridgerator than the expensive place. And while it is a small "dorm" size refridgerator, it had a...
