"The property is comically outdated and in poor shape. Containers literally everywhere catching rain water from holes in the ceiling. My room smelled like decades of cigarettes, it was awful. Room was never cleaned during my 3 days. They would empty the trash and replace towels. That's it. No cleaning of any surface, no remaking the bed, wiping counters. Nothing. Oh, there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby or anything. The restaurant that is attached does offer a breakfast buffet for $10, but it's just terrible. Like if it was a continental breakfast that was included for free it would still be terrible. Very disappointing."

"We called the hotel ahead of time to make sure there were cribs/infant beds. They said yes of course, just ask and one would be provided. As we were traveling we did not have one. We asked when we check and a were told he didn’t know what those were and that they did not have them. Take it off you main selling points if you do not carry them. "

"My housekeeper was amazing! She came in and knew exactly what we needed and did it without us asking. She was great!"

"The people there were very nice to work with"

"Lots of random hairs in our kitchen area and bathroom when we arrived. Blood on our shower curtain. Lots of noise from the hall doors. Pool area was making our eyes burn just from sitting in there watching the kids. Kids were coughing from the high chemicals and complaining their eyes were burning too. Staff were friendly and easy check in/check out."

"The room was very nice. We had dogs and wanted to keep the grounds poop free unfortunately the bag dispenser was not allowing the bags to be removed. The dog fee was very reasonable. But I would recommend raising it 5 dollars and having an associate clean up the grounds once a week or so. I’m sorry others do not have the same appreciation for your fare rate and do not follow the clean up after your dog"

"There was no room cleaning but that could be my fault for not reading the guidelines. I did have to go down to the front desk to get my own towels. And upon arrival there must’ve been a massive leak throughout the building. My entire floor was surrounded by industrial fans drying out the area area so we constantly had to walk around the fans. There was a lot of noise coming from these fans. It would have been better if someone would have given us a heads up that our room was in the middle of a disaster area "

"Staff was so incredibly sweet and the rooms look just like online! Breakfast is pretty good, especially for the price. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
