We got the room ahead of check in,was a great help. The staff were excellent to deal with and very friendly. Was a pleasure to stay at and would stay again if in Christchurch again

My only complaint is - no window in my room. If you’re going to sell someone a place to stay, you should need to be a bit more explicit about that. Not down to any staff there - everyone was happy and helpful

Bealey Quarter
The room was acceptably clean and quiet as it was at the end of the hallway. even though a bunch of young kids were staying at the hotel and we're kind of rowdy, our room was quite quiet. The housekeeping staff was exceptional
