"Great location, shopping mall downstairs, friendly staff"

"Really good location, close to shops and underground. Lots of Chagee, Heytea, Starbucks nearby. Staff were very helpful. Got a steamer from reception instead of an iron- bit novel. Outside of the building is not appealing but hotel is immaculate."

"Muy bien ubicado"

"The front desk staff did an amazing job, they helped us with anything we needed and even went out of their way to help us find the hospital when we needed to go for an emergency. Would stay again 100%!"

"We stayed in non smoking floor on the 15th floor.Room was comfortable and clean. We could sleep well but there was noice from cars in the main road.Shower was good and water warm quickly.Breakfast was good for us.We liked salad bar.Hotel was next to the Ren ren le market so you could find local food there. It was far from metro so you went to tourist place by taxi that was easy just walk in front of the market ,there was a busstop and lots of taxi there. You had to ask the front desk staff for...

"Convenient location but the hotel was on 48th floor. Lift up and down was quite slow. Building was old. There were buses in front of hotel lobby so pick up and drop off by didi was not ideal."

"spent months carefully planning this trip because it was a special gift for my parents. I wanted them to have a beautiful and memorable experience, so it was incredibly disappointing that our very first hotel on the itinerary turned out to be such a stressful experience. The problems began before we even checked in. The address provided by the hotel was inaccurate, making it extremely difficult for our DiDi drivers to locate the property. Despite showing them the exact address listed by the...
