Excellent hotel for vacation

Everything is good except the noises come from the Kara ok downstairs in the evening which indicates the walls of the hotel is not good at blocking noises.

Great hotel with disappointments

Wonderful hotel, but only one person is able to speak english. Sauna is not existing. Internet is not or every 4 minutes for one minute working. Accidentally they washed my laundry and apologized it, however they try at the end to charge me. They tried to charge me as well a previous cancelled booking. Than they tried to charge me for a broken glas. I never used one. The room is great, but the method to catch up money is really too bad. Thats the reason, why I would not come again.
