"We had the best stay! My mum and I came for a few days and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was exceptional. The staff are very attentive and will go above and beyond for you! The dining, the rooms, the restaurants - we could not fault a thing. A special shout out to guest services team Utkarsha and Manisha and servers at India Jones restaurant Sashant and Maneesh! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay ☺️"

"I had a wonderful stay at the President Hotel in Mumbai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel itself, including the surrounding areas, was spotless and pleasant. It was a great place to unwind after a full day of exploring the city. The location was another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to visit many of Mumbai’s popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It was an excellent base for exploring the city while still providing a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out and were quick to assist with any questions or requests. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was extensive, with a wide variety of both Indian and international dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, I had an excellent experience at the President Hotel. Between the clean accommodations, outstanding service, convenient location, and fantastic breakfast, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai and would gladly stay here again."
