"I like the location. And from a distance, the hotel looked pretty nice too. But upon closer inspection there was a lot to be desired.
I was on the bottom floor and the noise from the upper floor was really bad. Not that the people up there were being unreasonable, it was just not insulated very well between the floors so every time someone walked anywhere I could hear them.
The entry door had a big gap underneath it that light from the hallway came through the entire night. There was also a very bright AC unit mounted on the wall. I threw a T-shirt over that, and that helped. There was a charging port right on the bed frame, which is nice in theory, but there was a bright blue light on it that never went out.
The floor was uneven and you could feel low points whenever you walked around. There was a random hole in the wall about the size of a quarter. Kind of weird, no?
Ultimately, these things weren’t THAT big of a deal. The bed was reasonable, the lady at the desk was nice, and other than the people above me, it was fairly quiet.
But I’m a person who likes details, and this hotel felt cheaply built and already wearing down, even though the style was fairly modern.
I would not stay there again, but if you’re in a pinch, and you’re not super picky, it’s fine."
