Mon Ami Villa was convenient to the city center. The staff was very helpful. I stayed for 9 nights, and would gladly stay again. Occasionally there was evening noise coming from the restaurant outside seating area. The area was well lighted and felt safe

Tolles Hotel in super Lage im Zentrum für jegliche touristischen Ausflüge. Die Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Reinigung fand täglich statt. Generell zeigte sich der ganze Betrieb extrem hygienisch. Die Preise der Minibar sind günstig und die Klimaanlage stark und individuell regelbar. Der Schlafkomfort war ausgezeichnet. Dies lag nicht nur an den erstklassigen Betten sondern auch an der Ruhe am Morgen. Das Frühstück zeigte sich einfach aber sehr appetitlich präsentiert. Es fehlte an nichts aber es gab keine außergewöhnliche Vielfalt. Der Kaffee war super! Egal ob Rezeption oder Reinigungspersonal, alle waren super freundlich. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Preislich war die Mon ami Villa angemessen und für westeuropäische Verhältnisse eher günstig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Horrible service.
NOT 4 stars! A third floor walk up, no elevator. Horrible service. I had an early flight out and asked for a 4 a.m. wake up call. The call came at 2 a.m. The attendant said I told him 2, not 4, but my partner was with me when I made the call and said if I had said 2 he would have corrected me. I asked the attendant to call again at 4 but he never did. Leaving the hotel, no one was at the front desk, leading me to conclude I got the call at 2 because the attendant was leaving and didn’t want to have to call me at 4. Many better options. Pick any of them.

If visiting again - this is our hotel choice!
The hotel is a boutique style and it definitely operates like one. Meaning that the front desk people pay close attention to your presence, always greet you with a friendly “Hello” and ready to help with any, even smallest, wish that you have. It looks that they have parking space on the side, next to the hotel, we didn’t need it during our stay. Breakfast is tasty, buffet-style with good amount of choices to try something different for a couple of days. Coffee machine. Clean, specious room had probably the best mattress we have experienced in hotels. It was firm and when one moves the other wouldn’t even notice that. Location is good, it’s on the corner of two streets, but it wasn’t noisy. Our windows overlooking in the backyard, so we kept them open for some fresh air.

Very good place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Mon Ami Villa. Pleasantly surprised about almost everything. The room, for example, modern style with many details being well thought out for the comfort of a guest. Breakfast had enough variety and seemed like most ingredients were natural and fresh. There’s a coffee machine to brew a fresh cup of coffee with cold and hot choices of milk for it. The staff was amazingly polite, friendly and helpful. One thing you should keep in mind, that if you loose a plastic key to your room, that we use to think of as easily replaceable and disposable - you may have to pay a fee of 5 euros. That’s probably done for a green way of approaching handling things made of plastic. I recommend this hotel for one or many more stays. They also have lovely seafood restaurant around the corner.

コスパの良い清潔で快適な宿
ほぼ街の中心に位置しています。利用しませんでしたが、同じビルの1階には日本食レストランの「ことぶき」があります。最初はやや殺風景な印象ですが、設備や備品そしてサービスのレベルはとても高いと思います。現地の物価を考えるとやや高めのようにも思いますが、日本の感覚ではとてもコスパの良い清潔で快適な宿だと思います。エアコン、冷蔵庫、金庫、無料の水、テレビがありました。外や廊下の音が少し漏れてきます。早朝出発だったため、朝食を食べれなかったのは残念です。スタッフもとても親切です。お手頃価格で英語も十分に通じるし快適なとても良いホテルだと思います。

Pleasant, comfortable, best staff ever
The room was pleasant and comfortable, although I would have liked better interior lighting and a mini fridge instead of a cooler/chiller. Wifi was good. Breakfast, which was included, was okay. Location was very nice, a couple of blocks from the main street, not far from the park. Also, the restaurant, Q, just a half block away, was very good. The service at Mon Ami Villa, was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. One employee volunteered to go to the train station with us as soon as he finished his 24 hour shift, to purchase our onward tickets, as we were having difficulties with the online site. That's above and beyond the job description. Luckily, I finally managed the online purchase and didn't need his further assistance. All of the staff were exceptional in every way.

Great hotel with great staff
Easy to find hotel at crossroads. The reception staff were helpful right from the start. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. The only issue was that the shower gel and shampoo were not refilled daily and when they ran out they were still not filled up and we had to rely on our own supply to use. Surely this should have been checked. Other than hat we had a great time and a comfortable stay here.

This is one of the best hotel we have been. Everything is EXCELLENT. Given that it is a small hotel you feell that you are at home. It is impressive how they keep the place clean. The staff is very nice. We would like to higtlite the lady in charge of breakfast room. She is pending of every detail. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with a great location. Room was tip-top perfect, clean and almost as new. Could though easily hear noises from the corridor through the door. Breakfast had good variety of fruits and berries and all sort of things that are needed to keep you going throughout the day. Breakfast is also good for vegetarian. Friendly staff. Slight minus for room cleaning not filling the shampoo/shower gel bottles during the stay.

Great five star stay in Chisinau; clean and modern
We had a great stay at Mon Ami Villa for the bank holiday weekend; all the staff were standout, giving us coffee when we arrived at 6am, washing strawberries for our breakfast, booking taxis and bringing us clean towels; it didn’t feel like a formal hotel but a friendly home to go back to; highly recommend for all travelers. Free breakfast is great, the location is close to great restaurants in a quiet part of town. The rooms are all modern and very new

Ik verbleef hier een nachtje en kreeg een hartelijke ontvangst. De receptionist bracht m’n koffers naar de kamer, een mooie ruime kamer onder een puntdak. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en werd goed aangevuld. Ook bij het uitchecken waren ze erg behulpzaam. Niks op aan te merken!

Trevligt boende till rätt pris!
Centralt beläget hotell med serviceminded personal. Har allt man kan begära för det priset. Wi-fi är utmärkt! Frukost funkar. Sängar bekväma. Mitt i smeten om än på en bakgata. Många trappor och såg ingen hiss. Behövde själv ingen. Mycket nöjd!
