Courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and very pleasant. Some street noise during the afternoon but quiet during the night. Smart TV! No problems. I will be happy to stay here again.

Very friendly and hospital receptionist. Stayed at the Gregory Hotel instead of the London Hotel due to renovation. Property is new and in excellent condition. Very comfortable and pleasant! I would be happy to stay here again

Told to go to another hotel
Website said hotel can arrange transport from Airpot, however all attempts to call them with the number shown on Hotels.com didn't connect. I therefore booked my own taxi and arrived at the hotel after a very long journey. I was informed by reception that my rooms wasn't available because of maintenance and they had arranged another hotel for me. This was a massive inconvenience as I had deliberately booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the bus station which I needed later in the evening. They booked a taxi for me but didn't actually think to tell the driver where to go. I speak a little russian and listened how the driver was ringing around trying to find the new hotel and swearing more and more aggressively. Frankly the attitude of the staff at the first hotel was pretty dire even by Eastern European standards. On the plus side the hotel they moved me to was ok and without issue. Gave me a bad first impression of Chisina and ruined the rest of my trip. I would avoid at all cost.

We are very sorry that you did not get to check into our hotel and some kind of mistake happened, most likely this is a program error. All employees who worked that day were fired. The hotel is well located in regards to the city centre and airport. The hotel is very clean well maintained the only thing that it does fall down on is the limitation and cost of the bar.

Nytt och fräscht hotell
Bra läge. Tog buss nr. 30 från flygplatsen, kostar 2 Lei = 1 kr, gick av vid hållplats Ismail sedan var det ca 300 m uppför gatan till hotellet. Snabb incheckning och hjälpsamhet. Nytt och fräscht hotell. Jättefint rum. Nära till Stefans Boulevarden och centralmarknaden. Receptionen hjälpte till att boka taxi till och från staden Bender för ca. 700 Lei = 390 kr. Glöm inte att ta passet om ni skall dit. Frukosten enkel berodde nog på att det var lite gäster just då.

We loved everything about this hotel! The entire staff is wonderful and very accommodating to your every need! The location was just perfect as we could walk to a lot of nice restaurants and to the city center. We will definitely stay here every time we return to Chisinau!!

Good for a party, worst for business
I spent in the hotel three days which turned into three nightmares. The staff does not understand what means quiet time during the night. My room was close to the reception where loud TV was playing at 3AM. Next night the football fans were celebrating ( which I can understand and forgive). Third night staff promised us respecting quiet time. Instead again 11:30 loud music. After I managed to sleep an unknown man entered my room obviously opening with the key (how possible???). Without saying anything closed the door and disappeared. I could not fall asleep for long after that. After I finally managed a loud group was returning to the hotel making noise directly at my door. It was 2:30AM. I never experienced such hotel and for sure will not return to this one. I do not recommend it for anybody who comes to the city for business and not for a party.

Nice hotel, better bathrooms than similarly priced hotels in Chisinau. Not quite close enough to the center to comfortably walk in winter

Room for some improvement
Whilst this is clearly a decent hotel, it is let down by a few key things: 1. Sound insulation is poor between rooms 2. Had no atmosphere (staff were most friendly though) 3. Replenishment of toiletries very limited. 4. Breakfast basic but weekend one very decent.
