"They messed up our reservation. After staying up for almost 24 hours, we had no choice but paying a higher rate. Later, I showed another staff member that Expedia sent me an updated confirmation. "We rented two rooms with 3-single beds for our family of five. We were there for three nights. The room is a little tight based on American standards but it was cozy. Toilet is in a separate room from the washroom. Staff is friendly but there’s limited resource for bringing luggage to room and checkout. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Housekeeping is daily but linen/bedsheets are not daily due to eco friendly initiative. Surprisingly, they provide clean PJ daily, which was a plus for us. Overall, a good hotel."
