Very comfortable with unique and very useful amenities. Everything you need, and including a very nice buffet breakfast and restaurant, plus a convenience store connected to the hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It is right by Yokohama Stadium so it is walkable to some nice restaurants and shops. Kannai station is not too far either. There is an attached, 24 hour Lawsons for late night snacks or drinks. Across the street, at Yokohama Stadium, there is a nice park with greenery and water to enjoy.
We were in Yokohama for a Baseball game and this hotel is right across from.the stadium. Staff are lovely and very helpful Rooms are small but very comfortable and the location is perfect
Nothing fancy but a serviceable property at a great price
The breakfast was an upcharge but it was top notch. Both American and Japanese offerings. Fresh and delicious.
The staff we all extremely professional and friendly.
The room was very comfortable.
The room was spotless and I also like their various ‘green policies’ (e.g. not providing guests with plastic laundry bags)
The staff were incredibly helpful (our flight was delayed 24 hours and they helped us book for the following evening)
Location is great! Very close to the stadium, Chinatown and short walk to lots of amenities.
Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Clean room , spacious compared to other Tokyo area rooms, big bathroom. The price was amazing for the location right next to a Beautiful stadium park and Chinatown . Super walkable to the peer and train station . Will use again . Did it get to try the breakfast
Roynet is a business hotel which very much caters to the busy Japanese business person or couples. The staff are helpful but their sole purpose is to keep you away from the reception desk, including your check in which is done via a machine next to the reception desk - and same for check out. You don’t go to reception - instead you swipe your key card into the machine and insert credit card for payment.
As a foreigner, every time I had a question and went to the reception desk to ask them something, I got the feeling they were required to answer it in the quickest way possible, to keep the front desk area clear.
That said, the rooms are spacious and clean and modern for a Japanese hotel and the location is quite central, across from Yokohama stadium, Yokohama Koen & Buntai Stadium.
There is a Lawson next door which we lived out of as there is an oven and fridge/freezer in the room which we could heat up our food in.
A word of advice: avoid the buffet breakfast. If you are western, it is very geared towards the Japanese visitor with weird fish/eggs, curries and consommés that are not consistent with a usual Western buffet breakfast. A big disappointment and expensive for what it was. We only ate there once.
The amenities include nice bath salts and beauty creams for personal use which you have to collect from reception plus laundry room and vending machines.
In all, it’s a decent and clean stay.
Pros: very clean, friendly and helpful staff, accessible, good location. Cons: neighborhood is bustling so this may not be the best choice if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. Would happily stay here again!
a bit bigger than other hotels we stayed in Japan. Staff is very nice and efficient. Property is clean and pleasant albeit the hallways are kinda dark.
