"Incredibly convenient location. Room and private bathroom were clean. Great view of BC Place and it wasn’t loud at night (though we do sleep with white noise playing). Staff were friendly. Stored our luggage before check-in. As a young couple visiting the city for the first time, we felt safe and comfortable. We had issues with the AC when we got there and maintenance promptly fixed it! Only note is that the rooftop patio didn’t seem to be in great shape — the plants were wilted and the patio was on its side and blocking the view. But not a big deal."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. This particular room felt dated. The kitchen cooking area/counter was metal and no room if I actually wanted to prep food. Gave me camping vibes.The only small counter space has the coffee machine on it. No table but I think I could request one but no place to put it. My husband had stayed in a different room on a previous trip and was impressed with a kitchen island etc. we assumed all rooms would be as nice. Hotel noise was minimal but there is a fire station next door and they were pretty loud when leaving the station numerous times in the night.I wouldn’t stay in that room again but the hotel was decent and prime location for walking downtown."
