"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. The hotel is located in the center of town where you could walk to the stone church, cultural center, and the love market (Saturday night only). Overall, it is a good place to stay."

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean and offers great amenities. We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, relax, and unwind while listening to great music. We highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel without hesitation. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"This is a very basic accommodation. The pictures are misleading because there is no restaurant with wooden chairs or tables. You’re basically paying for an en-suite room. It’s basic. It’s clean. I had to help myself to water and toilet paper from one of the other rooms because there often was no one at the help desk counter. Also, you need a translator app - though this is a country-wide necessity. The beds are quite hard, but in my case I enjoyed that."
