"The staff at this property, sincerely made it a pleasure to stay at. While traveling to attend a film premiere, I needed to check in early and although my room was not ready, The front desk staff made it a point to be able to get me into a room to ensure I would make it in time for the premiere. The extra step meant a lot, and I would happily book again not only because it was clean and convenient to many locations in the Waterville downtown area, but because they made it a point to make sure my stay was pleasant."

"Very modern and nice hotel in heart of Waterville, close to restaurants and cafes. Parking is awkward, down the steps and across a busy street; if you park at the front door to unload, you'll have to do a U-turn and backtrack up several streets to get to the actual parking lot. The dog/pet policy is $100 charge, more than what is stated on the Expedia website. Beware of this."

"Great staff and place. Was busy when we checked in (I thought was late) staff was kind to help us with wifi that didn’t seem to work in our room. We changed rooms (with no issue) and all was well! Great restful and comfortable stay!"

"Deb was so gracious and lovely - she welcomed us after a late night of travel, invited us to pick blueberries, and made the stay a wonderful experience. Breakfast was incredible, the room was immaculately clean and lovely, and the location was central to tall of the activities we had planned. Would definitely recommend and we'd stay again the next time we are up in the area!"
