"Amazing property, maintained well given the location. Staff were great and hospitable. Nicolas at the front desk provided some good tips about the area. Breakfast had good nutritious meal. Can’t ask for more in that area. "

"The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs.
We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response.
The only good thing about the hotel is location"

"Gorgeous setting with beautiful views.
Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night.
We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. "

"Friendly staff and well setup for amenities. Clean and simple room, albeit minimal furniture for spreading personal stuff out, (a suitcase can’t even properly open up!). The location could be a bit challenging, since much road construction is happening around. "

"Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht. Die Superior Zimmer sind in einem separaten Gebaeude untergebracht und haben einen super Blick auf den Lago Grey und die Berge. Meine Empfehlung, um die tolle Lage des Hotels rundum geniessen zu koennen. Die Sauberkeit ist top, sehr gute Dusche."

"My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again."

"We stayed here for about a week and had the best experience! Great location, near the bus stop, shops and restaurants and also a great breakfast! The best part is certainly the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!!"
