"The room felt like it could use a good cleaning - dirty walls and floors that haven’t been washed in months! The room smelt foul! Food was sub-par at best and if you arrived at the two small restaurants at 6:45 pm you were told to eat in the buffet because there were already 75 people ahead of you! ..."
