It was our first time there, the rooms were very smelly, the food variety was limited specifically for the kids. And the transportation was very limited. We definitely not coming back.

En general todo bien, el personal es amable aunque las chicas de recepción más o menos. Y puntos mejorar, la recepción es súper lenta y la comida muy mala, tiene buena vista pero nada de sabor. Nos hemos quedado 3 veces en el hotel y siempre han sido los mismos puntos.

Pros: las aguas termales (este es un gran plus), tina de agua termal en la habitación, habitación de buen tamaño (tipo termal in, de las otras no se), las vistas son hermosas, y el hotel está rodeado de mucha naturaleza lo que permite hacer otras actividades. Ni bueno ni malo: tres comidas buffet al día pero la comida es de calidad promedio (típica comida de buffet barato). Muchas albercas incluida una exclusiva de huéspedes pero todas sobresaturadas, llega una cantidad exagerada de gente al balneario. Los snacks en la zona de albercas son muy económicos pero de mala calidad. Tiene estacionamiento, pero es muy pequeño, insuficiente e incómodo. Cons: La recepción del hotel es extremadamente lenta, su servicio de recepción es pésimo. El camino para llegar es de kilómetros de terracería, que con lluvia se vuelve fangoso y difícil de manejar además de inseguro. Después de formarte por mucho tiempo para hacer el check out no te dejan salir sin un pase de salida, y tienes que esperar aún más tiempo hasta que te den ese pase (nunca en mi vida mi había tocado un hotel donde me pidieran pase de salida, sinceramente me sentí insultado, como si me hubieran visto cara de ratero). Y lo que menos me gustó es que no hay opciones para alimentos fuera de su buffet, no hay servicio a la carta y no puedes comer cuando tú tengas hambre, tienes que hacer forzosamente dentro de los horarios que te dan para el buffet.
