Smells of mold, and bed bugs
The room smelt of mold, and the air conditioning did not work. When we complained we were switched to a different room, that had the same problems. We called to get the air conditioning operational many times and they said they were working on it. At the end, they added a 18% tax that was not on the price quoted through hotels.com Its expensive, smells bad, and no air conditioning in the suites. And although it is in the center of town, think twice before booking this place. only if you can stand being in a room that smells of farts constantly.

No me gusto el hotel, muy pequeño y tiene muy pocos servicios. Ademas el precio final que pague fue mayor al de la página y el desayuno buffet es muy pobre.

Buenas Vacaciones..
Los empleados muy amables, sus instalaciones súper cómodas y limpias, cerca al centro y de fácil acceso. Incluye el desayuno y servicio gratuito al aeropuerto.

No respetan tarifa Hotels
El desayuno bastante bueno, habitación cómoda, la internet no tenía buena señal. El problema es la tarifa, no respetaron la del Hotels. Si bien hubo cargo extra por llegar antes y salir después, el costo total fue casi el doble de lo pactado, hicieron cargo por servicios no solicitados. Además, el ultimo día, a pesar de haber pagado un extra no hicieron limpieza de habitación

Good location and comfortable
Good location, Very comfortable once the hotel got the WIFI and TV working. Staff was helpful with information and arrangements for sightseeing.

Una estadía para volver a repetir
El servicio y el trato fue de primera, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, a pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad no se percibieron ninguna clase de ruidos, el servicio de desayuno incluido excelente!!

Es un hotel con decoración y calidad de materiales de gama baja, en relación a calidad precio, no vale lo que cobran, para mí fue uan enorme decepción, llegue a sentirme estafado.

Excelente Hotel + Precio + Desayuno
Las chicas de recepción y su jefa son lo máximo en dedicación para colaborar con los requerimientos del huésped. Las instalaciones están impecables. El desayuno es muy bueno, aspecto fundamental para mí que lo tomo y no ingiero nada más hasta el regreso por la tarde-noche.

Buena opcion en Chiclayo
El hotel esta razonablemente bien ubicado, a 10 min andando del mall y algunas lineas de bus. La habitacion es amplia, el baño limpio y grande, buena presion de agua. El internet es suficientemente rápido. El desayuno tb es correcto con varios platos a elegir, fruta, etc. Solo criticaria el cafe (instantaneo) y que el ascensor es muy lento ya que solo hay uno y en hora punta (desayuno por ejemplo) te toca esperar un rato.

Hotel boutique en chiclayo ,muy buena atencion .
Muy buena estadía, personal muy amable, es un hotel nuevo ,con comodidades como la piscina ,el bar y restaurant comodos y agradables, hotel boutique de acuerdo al concepto .pocas habitaciones y zonas no muy amplias.

Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Problème important: aucune isolation phonique alors que les fenêtres donnent sur la rue. Résultat, impossible de dormir après 5h00 du matin.

AMAMZING HOTEL SUNEC AT CHICLAYO - PERU
The hotel was great. We love to travel and visit several places and this Hotel SUNEC is one of the best huge rooms with AC, new and contemporary furniture, jacuzzi on the baths, delicious buffet breakfast and GREAT SERVICE. You can feel confortable and secure at this place. Lost and found is great you left behind they look for you, help always arround. Great location and on top of everything the people is friendly and courteous. (Free shuttle from and to the Airport) This Hotel should be rate 4 STARS !!!!!!!! You guys are GREAT.

Modern hotel in centre of Chiclayo
The hotel has large pleasant modern rooms. We stayed in a suite which faced front. Some might find this too noisy but it was perfectly ok. The windows opened which is a plus and there's a very narrow balcony. Free parking is a big advantage. The breakfast is very average though. There's a bar on the top floor on an open terrace. They say they have a swimming pool but it's tiny.

Good value hotel mid city
This hotel is in a very noisy part of the city, it was worse because of pre-election loudspeakers, but they gave me a room in the back and I slept well. The noise abates at night. And I am very picky about noise. The food was good, the shower was hot, everything worked, and service was attentive. And it is cheaper than some other hotels I have stayed in in Peru where the service and amenities are not as good.
