"The location of the hotel is very good, close to plaza central and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I would like to extend my thanks to the young ladies at the reception, they are very professional and friendly. I requested to change my room for a room with shower as o have a mobility issue, they changed it with no issues, I gave really appreciated the communication and service during the process."

"Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We ate in the restaurant for supper and it was absolutely amazing! The pool looks lovely, but we did not have time for a swim. We had to leave early for an excursion and they had a packed breakfast ready for us, which was lovely. The chocolate cake was amazing.
