"Difficulty checking in. Did not receive the room I reserved. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get the correct room. The room was dingy and the room needs an update. "Day time Front Desk staff was not helpful. On day 2 of our 2 nights stay, our room was not made up: towels, coffee sets, cups, and bottled were not replenished. I was given towels from the Desk and I was given 2 expired coffee k cups. I was told that “the 2 bottled water provided on arrival are the only once get.” Breakfast and staff server was great. I’m not sure if I’ll recommend this Hilton Garden Inn, Mokena, Illinois"

"Our room was terrible trash and food under the bed and nightstand. The furniture was outdated and stunk really bad. I don’t think that room has been cleaned in a long time there was even mold on the ceiling. The staff were friendly and the appearance of the outside was really great but that’s about it. Definitely not staying there again"
