Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a limited service hotel, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay while you are visiting our great city. While our property does not offer coffee in the lobby, we do have a coffee maker in the room for your convenience. As an option, there is a restaurant located adjacent to our lobby that serves breakfast and lunch everyday. Unfortunately we do not offer parking at our hotel, but the parking facility directly across the street from our front door does offer discounted overnight parking.

We are disappointed if one of our guests leaves with less than first rate experience. Our aim is to provide a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. We sincerely apologize that our hospitality and attention to details left something to be desired, this is very unlike us. We understand that our staff should have been more proactive should have resolved any of the issues you had faced. That being said, our team is always here to help.
