Hi Lindsey, We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your recent stay. We looked into your reservation details, guest text messages and spoke to our Front Desk Agents and overnight emergency team, we did not receive any correspondence in regards to the issues you experienced. Our team thoroughly went through your guest room and did not see any evidence of ants. We did treat the room just in case. Our front desk hours are from 10:00 am to 12:00 am Sunday - Thursday and 10:00 am to 2:00 am Friday and Saturday. Each reservation is texted overnight contact details every night of their stay.
