Not much far to the airport and easy to walk to the center of Chiangmai old town. Staff are very kind and service mind are Excellent!!

Comme à chaque fois le personnel est très sympathiques et attentif aux bien des clients. 500 THB la nuit est plus que convenable.

ウエスタンハウスでは無くマリルームと表記して欲しい
ウエスタンハウスではタクシーの運転手分かりません。ホテル表示はタイ語、英語でもマリルームになってます。大通りから一本裏手に入るので最初は分かりずらい。ホテルと言うよりも一般的なアパート部屋貸しっていう感じです。寝るだけなら問題ないです

Hotel calme, chambre avec le minimum auquel on peut s'attendre dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait quotidiennement, au moins pour vider la poubelle des papiers toilettes. Surtout que c'est la saison creuse, donc peu de chambres occupées clim et wifi au top serviettes fournies et petites bouteilles d'eau offertes

최악의 호텔
밤 9시 30분 호텔스 닷컴을 통해 예약했어요. 9시 50분에 도착해서 체크인한다고 했어요. 밤에 일하는 직원이 확인이 안된다고 했어요. 영수증을 보여줘도 체크인이 안되요. 매니저나 주인이랑 통화해달라고 했어요. 그 남자 직원은 그냥 안된다는 말만해요. 1시간을 밖에서 기다렸어요. 결국 국제전화를 걸어서 호텔스닷컴에 문의했어요. 부킹넘버 알려주고 내이름이 나오는데도 체크인이 안되요. 정말 끔찍한 직원.. 완전 화나요. 절대 이용하지 마세요.

Mauvaise signalétique : autre enseigne sur place , Malis Room (problème avec les taxis !). Etat vétuste : pas d'eau chaude sur le lavabo, linge de toilette propre mais troué, pas de service de petit déjeuner, pas de ménage dans les chambres, hôtel bruyant. Seul avantage la situation au centre-ville historique. Mais personnel jeune, accueillant et sympathique.

Insekter i badrummet och hög ljudnivå
Smutsigt i badrummet och hög ljudnivå på natten, personalen känns oengagerad och glömde bort att boka vår taxi till flygplatsen som vi bad om dagen innan. Du kan hitta bättre för samma pris. Rekommenderar inte.

Quite room in Chang Mai
North side of the square, close to all activities but far enough to be quiet at night. Staff was helpful for booking scooter and tours. Free coffee and tea and hot water 24 hrs in sitting room .

Didn't have a nice stay
The hotel room i stayed you can tell they don't change the bed sheets and pillow cases,especially the bathroom

low standard hotel
The bed sheets,pillows are not clean.There are flies,ants everywhere in the bathroom.None of the taxi drivers knew how to get to the hotel.Taxi Apps cant locate the address of the hotel.

Nice place on a budget
Very good location,hotel was basic but good value for money,staff very friendly,free tea and coffee all day,pool table in lobby passed an hour a day,rooms very basic but hot shower,tv, and a small balcony which looked out on a temple which was nice ,rooms were clean ,definitely a good hotel if you're on a budget

nice location
walk distance to a lot of pagodas & temples, night bazaar, wet market, restaurants staff & owner are very helpful.... helped us get lower priced tours... helped us with directions, stored our luggages. we used overnight bus from bangkok, arrived 7 am and they allowed us to check in early without extra pay..... coffee, tea, water and microwave in the reception area.... view from our balcony was the temple & pagoda! great!

Extended my stay!
Extended my stay here due to feeling that it ticked all the boxes for me as a solo traveller. For the price I couldn't have asked for more. Well worth booking as your initial first stay in chiang mai and then evaluate from there. Staff were friendly and plenty of motorbike hire places in walking distance.

房間內部與网上照片落差太大，房內兩張單人床，一個迷你小冰箱在地上.就沒了.向柜台要求後，搬來一個小茶几和兩張椅子。 沒有椅子，也無床頭小柜。 浴室沒有插座，洗完頭無法對鏡吹髮. 硬体極差。 但服務很客氣。一F開放空間有桌/椅，無門無窗，吃個東西，像坐烤箱內，熱氣騰騰。房价不貴。

“Quiet Location, Budget Stay”
Located at the back of an old Wat and very quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable and simple. Complimentary coffee is available at the lobby with table seatings. We had a comfortable stay and close to a lot of eateries and shopping in the old city. Very good Wifi connectivity.

Low Budget Hotel, zentral und günstig
Das Hotel liegt am nördlichen Tor der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Die Lage ist ruhiger als am Thae Pae Gate. Was ein bisschen stört ist der Strom-Generator, der ein monotones Start-Stopp Geräusch macht. Ist allerdings nach einem langen Tag kein Hindernis um einzuschlafen. Komfort wird man hier nicht finden. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, da wir zuerst direkt über dem Strom-Generator schliefen. Ein Wechsel wurde uns sofort ermöglicht. Ein bisschen unflexibel war man unserer Bitte ein Taxi zu rufen nachzukommen. Man hat uns im strömenden Regen zur Hauptstraße geschickt, da angeblich keine Taxen per Telefon gerufen werden konnten (warum auch immer das in einer Stadt voller Touristen nicht geht). Fazit: Man macht hier nichts falsch, wenn man einfach günstig wohnen und zentral bei halbwegs ruhiger Lage schlafen will.

Von der Lage ok. Das war's aber auch schon ...
Dieses Hotel braucht einen "Macher": Die Bausustanz und die Zimmer sind wirklich nicht schlecht, aber es verkommt: Kaputte Moskitogitter, blanke Elektroleitungen im Bad, ein verranzter Fernseher, .... Alles macbare Sachen! Im momentanen Zustand ist das Hotel nicht einmal einen Bruchteil seines Preises wert. Man findet leicht besseres im gleichen Preissegment besseres !

OK but nothing special.
The hotel seems in the center if you look on a map but the old square is not the real center of town so this comes as a surprise. Nevertheless, with collective taxi, tuk-tuk or scooter it is possible to move. The hotel is basic and does not offer many facilities. No breakfast but tea and coffee are available in the common room. No laundry but you can wash your clothes, walking distance for 50 baths in a self-service laundry. The bathroom is basic but there is hot water. The staff of the hotel is nice and welcoming.

Budget hotel inside the old city walls
The Western was well located and easy walk everywhere in CM. Room was clean and comfortable. Did have some ants in our room, but they were just the small ones that don't really bother you. Air Conditioning worked well and so did the wifi. Generous daily water bottles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Einfaches Hotel in guter Lage
Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, gute Lage in der Altstadt. Zimmer in der unteren Etage zur Straße hin können etwas laut sein. Rezeption wollte 20 THB für die Bestellung des Taxis zum Flughafen.

Okay
The room itself was okay. That's all it really had. A room. There was no restaurant. No laundry facilities. The staff were okay. We asked about trekking, they just said which do you want to do? We had no idea about any of the trekking tours. Although they weren't unpleasant. They were not very helpful.

在清邁舊城的邊界上，除了便宜的在城市裡過一夜，沒有其他價值
為了隔天一早趕往清邁機場所定的飯店，價格便宜，床舖乾淨。除此之外乏善可陳。如同一般的泰國人一樣又善之外，飯店非常簡單，沒有餐廳。睡過就忘了的地方。

Nice and cheap
Very cheap for being in old town, but could use some minor fix ups. However, well worth the money if you are on a budget. I will stay here again if I can manage to come back to Chiang Mai.

So so.
Hotel was fine. In a good part of town, but the Soi it was located on was nothing to write home about. Room was nothing special. Hotel staff was very nice. Wifi was fine. Coffee was the typical instant Nescafe. I just feel like the rooms were expensive for what they were. AC was great, but for 590 Bhat, I will try a different hotel next time.

Room was not terrible but the rest was good
Basically what you'd expect of a budget hotel. The location was fantastic, in the old city near the firt gate. Me and my mum felt very safe walking around at night, exploring the many alleyways that make up the city. And the staff were lovely. Really friendly.

The bed was comfortable but the constant construction above our room made for a less than ideal getaway. The wifi is good though.
