The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai.

Lots of mosquitoes flying around the hotel and we got bitten while sleeping .There was construction noise around the area but beyond the control of the hotel. Overall very kind staff and they are super helpful. Location was very convenient.

It was wonderful. The room was beautiful, staff is so friendly and helpful, they even picked up our laundry for us while we were out. The entrance is super nice, you walk over a koi pond. And great location in the center of Chiang Mai. Would stay here again happily!

Great location and wonderful staff. Only thing I did not like was that the toilet is open and directly behind the bed… this was not clear to me in the pictures when I booked and was a bit more intimate than I would have liked.

Very Friendly Staff , even upgraded our room for us. We booked another night. Room was very nice . They cleaned the room while we ate breakfast even held bags while we went to see elephants .

Amazing staff and services. Only downfall was we could not shower for two days due to freezing cold water, even when we got up at 7am and past midnight, still cold. Was hot 1 day of 3.

Lovely little hotel with only 7 rooms. We stayed as a family with two kids and were very comfortable. Everything very clean and modern and the kids enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so we can’t rate that - once for being the day of sleep in after busy travel days, and once for leaving very early for a trip up in the mountains. The location is great for the city center - a quiet street with restaurant and convenience stores around the corner - and any tour operator will have no problem picking you up from your hotel. If we were to go back to Chiang Mai we would book M5 again.

Nice modern hotel

Large modern room, good air con, then it malfunctioned but they moved me straight away. Pool is small but welcome. A few signs would help as it's a bit counter intuitive when you leave, also the entrance needs a bit more light.
