When we have renovate room we contact you to move room but you can't move in case you sick 3. Dear Value Guest If you booked for Standard Room no elevator it correct , But our hotel is not small . You booked the room and pay 500 - 800 THB and need the room like a 5 stars hotel why not booked that hotel. In our hotel have good room type but you not reserved and what we mistake . Booked for Standard we arrange for Standard , Next time if you need more facilities and elevator , please book : Superior , Deluxe Pool View and Junior Suite .
