Staff not welcome I book hotel at 7.15 pm and I go to hotel . I said to staff I reserve here. He ask me monthly or daily? I said daily. He said there is not daily room we have only monthly room if you want a room go outside to blue building. I go outside but it is not Chiang Mai Lodge hotel it is Hip Hop hotel. I try to search Chiang Mai Lodge hotel again and ask people. They said here it is. I back to the hotel again and tell same staff again then he go to the office and give me a key. I go up to the room. 7.30 PM I go down to reception for wifi password but it is close and staff gone. When I go outside the room I get a key card then power plug turn off include refrigerator plug. I recommend if you have a chance do not stay at this hotel.

宿泊料金を考えると、十分に利用出来る。しかし、レイトチェックアウトを申し込んだが、不可の回答。荷物は預かってくれたが、18時半までに受け取るようにとの指示。夜間はスタッフかが不在になる事が原因か?

ここに泊まったことはどうもありがとうございます。チェックアウトの時間は12時までです。オフィスは午前8時から午後7時まで開いているから、その後来たら、オフィスが閉まってしまいました。

The location is very central, easy to catch transport, and many restaurants nearby. Its also in a vry quite location.

ちょっと古さを感じますが、宿泊料金から考えると十分です。お風呂はバスタブなし。シャワーのみです。朝ロビーに無料のコーヒーとポップコーンが少しですが用意してくれます。またレンタルバイクも１階に併設されていますので、借りたい方は便利です。またホテルスタッフが明るくて良いです。

便利な立地

立地よし、部屋もまあまあ清潔。エアコンがうまく調節できなかった。チェックインのときに500バーツのデポジットとられます。

Good place to stay short or long term 😊

I had many troubles with the internet on given days - it would seem router or modem trouble and it wasn’t the entire building so perhaps a 3rd floor issue. Really that’s my only complaint. I didn’t give as strong as a review previously but I ended up extending my stay so that should tell you I was happy with it. If you are staying long term in Chiang Mai it’s convenient when you find a good place to stay put. When you depend on WIFi for working while traveling it’s crucial if you need your own place for conference calls you can’t do in an Internet cafe. Just keep that in mind but staff always seemed to try and resolve it. Water was to be supplied every day and wasn’t if I want to nit-pick but the rooms are clean, cleaning provides daily upon request a/c is good and there is a TV though only had it one for about 5 minutes of my stay. Fridge included. Location is perfect for cafes, restaurants and getting around. A little bit of a change from the old city but close enough to get a grab or drive over with your scooter.

Nice but not if you need or depend on WiFi

I am on the fence with giving full positive reviews simply for the internet. Mine has been beyond spotty and for a long term possibility here in Chiang Mai for those of us working from laptops it is less desirable. You have to log on any time you turn off your phone to computer - it signs you out and if you are dealing with clients or teaching - this is not the place. Beds are pretty good, fridge and A/C good though aircon is very very loud. Shower is good it’s clean and small balcony. There are varied prices on different websites and in person so keep that in mind. Many small restaurants so you can get away from Thai street food if you’ve been here a long time and are tired of it or it does s number on your digestion. Basically my only complaint is WiFi signal.

方便的旅館

由旅館步行去Kad Suan Kaew 購物中心，只需5分鐘，往 MAYA 購物中心，亦只需約10分鐘，附近有便利店和各種食肆。乘雙條車往舊城的 Somphet market, 需約5−8分鐘/30泰銖，往機埸約10-30分鐘/50泰銖(視乎交通情況)，非常方便。

良かった

14時チェックインと明記されていたが、10時頃チェックインしてくれて部屋を使えた。3人で3部屋の予約でしたが、広さは充分だった。一部屋テレビが白黒でシャワー温度が上がらなかった。近くに大型スーパー、飲食店多々あり、すぐ前はコンビニ便利な場所だった。WiFiは繋がりにく買ったがスタッフの対応はいつも親切だった。

조용한 호텔

치앙마이의 트랜드 님만헤민 거리와 가깝고(걸어서 5분) 조용한 숙소가 강점. 차(썽태우)가 숙소까지 안들어가고 큰길에서 내려 1분정도 걸어가야하는게 단점.

Location was great, close to many of the local temples and markets. Not the cleanest hotel room but the staff was super nice. They let us check in super early and check out late.

とにかく、となりのエアコンの音がうるさい　寝られない（部屋の防音、エアコンが古い） WiFi５分ぐらいで切れてしまい再設定しなければならない値段を考えれば仕方ないかも

Good place to stay in Chiang Mai!

Nice and spacious room at a quiet location. Nimman and Maya-mall is a 15 min walk away. Good cafés, laundryservice and bikerental is easy to find very Close to the hotel.

ショッピングセンターが徒歩圏内。喫煙スペースに無料のインスタントコーヒーがあったのが良かった。スタッフはにこやかに対応してくれました。居心地は良いと思います。ただ、壁が薄いかも？隣室の音が丸聞こえでした。

Clean Budget Hotel in Great Location

Chiangmai Lodge is a great budget hotel which is very clean. There was daily room cleaning, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There is a curtain in the bathroom and it is NOT a wet room. No breakfast but for the price, can't complain. The neighbourhood is great with cafes close by and everything is walking distance. I would stay here again. Wifi is intermittent and sometimes doesn't connect but it isn't too bad so it was not an issue. We were able to use the wifi for the majority of the time. Water is provided on a daily basis. There is a small balcony and coat hangers provided if you need to hand wash any of your clothes which is a great bonus. Safe and mini fridge provided.

ホテル代が安い・買物・食事・マッサージには便利

ベストシーズン中にもかかわらず空室があり安いため予約したが、やはりそれなりでした。エレベーターは中二階からしかなく重い荷物が有る場合大変です。又、部屋が暗く日中部屋で過ごすのは無理です。シャワーしかなく熱いお湯が出ないため寒い時は大変です。受付も余り親切ではなく部屋の案内・説明もありませんでした。御社のホテルのコメントが２点相違していました。１．バスタブが有り(実際は無し）　２．朝食は有料で有り（実際は無し）良い点はショッピングセンターが近くに有り又、ツアー代理店やマッサージ屋が多く便利です。安いので日本人の長期滞在者が多いのが特徴だと思います。

Nice hotel

The location wasn't the greatest, as the hotel was at least a 15 minute walk from the old part of Chiang Mai. The hotel itself was nice and I enjoyed my stay there.

Good location & Reasonable Apartment

Very close to big shopping center named Kad Suankaew including "Central department store". Many retaurants within a few minutes walk. And also approx.15 minutes driving to the airport by Taxi(200bahts). Convenient place to take local taxi such as Sonteu or Tuktuk(standard fare 20B). Room has large space and very clean/quiet.This apartment is recommended for long stay person.

Very nice hotel for the price

Stayed at this hotel for almost a month. The hotel is not fancy, but rooms are a good size and very reasonable. It is located away from a main street, but only a block away, so it is easy to get public transportation to any part of the city. Many people who stay here rent for a month at a time.

Good basic value

This is a basic good value. Run by a family; convenient to a nearby mall and restaurants. No perks but clean and comfortable. One note: if you must have hot water for your sink, this is not the place for you-there is one faucet in the bathroom sink and water is cold. Also, request a room on the opposite side of the restaurant behind the hotel. Live music nightly until around 1AM!

Chiang Mai Lodge- good value

The lodge is close to all the sights, restaurants and places to shop ( including the Shinawarta silk store-which was having its January sale). The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Good value base in Chiangmai

I have stayed here several times and have always had a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, particularly if you prefer a firmer kind of bed. Staff are friendly and the whole place feels secure. The location is fairly close to Nimmanheminm - a 10-15 minute walk - and it-s also easy enough to get to the sites in the old city. Given the very reasonable rates, this place is an option that needs serious consideration when deciding on accommodation in Chiangmai especially if you-ve already previously spent time in the old city.

Adequate although not really a hotel

This is more of a serviced apartment, so don't expect hotel services. That being said, it's location is between the old town and the university areas, which makes it convenient, especially if you rent a motorbike to get around. If you get there late or leave early, you'll have to have the security guard wake up the manager/owner to attend to you. Be careful of choosing the larger room size, as these tend to be on the inside with no outside balcony/access/windows, although this does make them darker if you wish to sleep in. Otherwise the rooms are clean and serviceable if you're just looking for a place to sleep.
