プール、ジムなどが利用でき良かった。 朝食バイキングも種類豊富で料金の割には良かった。 チェックイン時には日本語が分かるスタッフがいなかったが、日本語対応できるスタッフがいるとよかった。

周辺のインフラが良いので古いホテルですが毎年利用しています。ただ数年前から少し不満を持ち始めました。それはWiFiの状態が良くない事です。繋がりにくい上にすぐ切れるのでその都度都度コネクティングし直さなくてはいけないのが大変不便です。スマホを持つ仲間が増えて来ているので年々その不満が増して来ます。

とにかく普通です

ロケーションがよくチェンマイでの常宿にしています。これまでに５～６回、いつも６泊くらいで利用しています。 基本的な部分はクリアしていますが、廊下での会話がよく聞こえる、部屋にいて給排水音がすごく聞こえる、上層階でも部屋に蚊がいて寝ていられないなど、ランクを下げる要素があります これまでに３０泊以上しましたが、いつも初めての客扱いです。

הבעיה קריטית במקרה שלי הינה האמינות כלומר יש לומר אמת רק את האמת והכי חשוב את כל האמת.בהצעות למלון זה באתר שלכם היה כתוב אענטרנט/וי פי חינם.במקרה שלנו התקשורת היתה אחד הגורמים החשובים בבחירה.מייד שהגנו לחדר התברר כי לפחות בחדג 638 עוצמת האות היא חלשה במקרה הטוב או אינה קיימת כלל, למרות שבלובי כן היתה שלושה ימים סובבו אותנו במרמה ואז החליפו קוד כניסה לחדש שלא שינה דבר להפך מצאנו בחדר הודעה בזו הלשון באם הינך משתמש בקוד זה צפה לתקלות והפרעות.כאשר ביקשנו להחליף חדר שאלנו האם כאן כן תהיהתקשורת ענו לנו אולי כן ואולי לא. פעמיים במשך שהותנו נקבעה לנו פגישה עם מנהל המלון אשר לא קיימה ללא הסבר ואיש כלל לא טרח לידע אותנו כי אנו ממתינים לשוא. אחרי שהות של ששה לילות וללא תקשורת בחדר ביקשנו ביום העזיבה לפנות את החדר לאחר שעתיםהחוצפנים דרשו עבור זה 33$ ואיש לא טרח להתנצל . באם יש לך בעיה באענטרנט תכתוב את זה באתר ןאל תרמה לקוחות

スタッフも感じよく部屋も清潔。 ただいかんせんWi-Fiがとにかく繋がらない。ロビーの窓側のみといった感じ。Wi-Fiはないものだと思った方がよい。ネット環境さえよければ申し分ないのに、とても残念。

コストパフォーマンスは高い 空港バスのバス停があって便利だし設備も整っている ただし以前泊まった時と比べると安いせいか団体客が多くてロビーや朝食レストランはうるさい 朝食ブッフェも団体客仕様でレベルダウンしているしWi-Fiはロビーフロアでしかつながらないので評価は普通にした 初めて泊まる方には安くて便利でかなり良いと思うのでおすすめである

Completely deserving of it's 4-star rating, it offers luxury and exceptional service. A blessed relief for the weary traveller looking to be spoiled. The wicker pods by the pool are a wonderful addition, which other hotels have sadly not copied. Shade but with gaps to let the breeze through. Love them!

往年の栄華を彷彿させる日本人向けホテル

毎年、年越しで家内と当ホテルに滞在します。多少の場末感が漂いますが、往年の栄華を彷彿させるロビー、広い室内、静かな環境で日本人リピーター向けです。前にも書いたかと思いますがフロントの対応がイマイチ。今回、ドア不具合に対し修理係が対応。修理１回では治らず、２回目でも治らず。修理係はタイ語のみで、不具合現象をうまく伝え切れなかったかも知れない。３回目でやっと英語の分かるフロントが現象確認に来て、部品交換を指示して、完治。フロントは大勢いて忙しくない筈。もう少し初動対応してくれればと思います。そして謝りもしないので、文句を言うと、謝った。フロント対応改善が必要。とは言っても、このホテルが気に入っているので、また利用するつもりです。
