"Lovely hotel great location"

"Staff were helpful as at first we were given a room with just a shower, we asked for a room with a bath and were given one. However the water was lukewarm and even after running it for 10 minutes it never got any warmer so there was no point having a bath. Also no heating in the room apart from a small portable heater that had been put in obviously to replace the central heating. Not ideal. Breakfast was average, sausage and bacon was overcooked and hash browns on the hotplates were nearly cold."

"Everything is great about this place except the nights sleep is dreadfull as the windows are single glazed so you hear people all night coming out of the pubsuntil about 4am and there is no blackout blinds"

"Alongside the canal in Chester, with the gym opposite. Well situated for a walk into the historic centre of the city. Good parking available opposite and excellent dining!"

"Comfortable and clean room. Gym was good. WiFi was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location for the town centre. No parking with the hotel but options available nearby. Hotel bar was comfortable, ideally would have been nice to have better choice of ales on tap. Thanks "
