"Breakfast was amazing so much choice and the hot breakfast was piping hot. The staff were so friendly and helpful which was great as it was our first visit to Chester. The cleanliness and location of the hotel was spot on...would definitely recommend the hotel."

"The rooms were spacious and spotless, staff were amazing with our toddler (they even called the room when we left his dummy in reception and brought it up for us). Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the brasserie was fantastic and breakfast was too. Would definitely stay again without the toddler to use the spa!"
