Great room in the Mews. Clean, comfortable, modern and functional. Loved the cafe on site for an easy, convenient breakfast to set me up for the day. Designated parking was easy and included.

Returning customer from a couple of years ago. The location is excellent for car access in to Chester/ Ellesmere Port. The car parking is compact but adequate right outside the property. The key code access makes self check in really easy and therefore did not come in to contact with the staff. There is a basic tv, fridge and hot drink making facilities and heating. The shower is fab and the toiletry dispensers are an added touch. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep! The site has a tea room, however we did not pop in this time around and we ventured to Pesto for an evening meal. Will definitely stay in the future!

Staff were friendly, room was good size for us and our two dogs, found the bed rather firm for us and was rather closer to the motorway than I realised you would have heard traffic all the time if the window was open but luckily there was a fan. The on site cafe was great. Pet friendly, lovely people and good food. Would stay there again for that reason.

Perfect location for restful night

Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. Room was immaculately clean Excellent all around, definatly recommend and will use again

Very handy for motorway on our route southwest. Comfortable bed, tea/ coffee / milk supplied in room, also hairdryer. The property is nice and staff are friendlly. Room was not clean though. There was dust everywhere around the skirting and the floor was filthy black when we wiped a tissue over it both in bathroom and room itself. The parking spaces are not practical when all mews are parked in. It is very difficult to get cars in and out. The parking spots should be redone and widened and have some parking in the common area

Quirky and clean

Last minute booking at 8pm at night after shopping in the area and planning a day at the zoo the following day. No bother, given a code for the property. Beautiful ,clean and well lit forecourted area. I struggled with the key box and a neighbour helped...but that was a me problem. Clean and a unique room, we loved it. Mattress springs dug in my shoulder and I woke up with a dead arm at 5am. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if i was in the area.

Lovely, would stay again

The rooms we booked were really nice. We had a room upstairs and my parents had a rooms downstairs. They were the only 2 rooms in the building so really good for travelling with other people. The rooms were really nice and clean for the most part. There were a couple of spiders and webs etc. We were travelling for our daughters 2nd birthday and a cot was provided but there was no matress and when I felt it, it would have been like sleeping on the wooden slats of a bed. Luckily I had my own cot and matress so we put that up and didnt use their cot. The only other thing I would mention is that we were given a room upstairs and that is where the cot was placed however the stairs were accessible from the room and because we have a 2 year old this could have been dangerous. Because we took our own cot I used their cot to block the stairs off and if needed we could have moved to the cot downstairs as there was plenty of room in the other room for a cot. Our room upstairs was bigger so I understand why the cot was put up there but with a 2 year old running around it just would have been dangerous with the stairs being right there.
