"The staff we encountered were all lovely. So pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We had a bath with shower over, always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. The man from Liverpool was so cheerful and welcoming each morning, a great start to the day. Had food and drinks in the bar which we enjoyed. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. "

"This is our second visit to this hotel and we will return next time we are in Chester. The location with the Park & Ride next door is very handy for visiting the city. The large on site parking is ideal. Food purchased was very good. The pool of course is a bonus. All members of staff we met from the receptionists to the room attendants were friendly and professional. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room."
