"The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and because I was veggie I was offered perfectly poached eggs and hot porridge. If I needed to stay in Chester again I would stay here again. Just sad I could t make use of the facilities"

"Everything about our stay was perfect.
Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Used the pool facilities, great jacuzzi!
Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!!"

"We had a very comfortable overnight stay with our young son. We were happy with our room and the breakfast was superb with free tea/coffee facilities 24/7 and fresh water and ice. Great vending machines at the front. Overnight parking was £12 but we were able to stay until the early afternoon."
