"I recently stayed at this older hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was not very comfortable. The property clearly shows its age, with outdated furniture and overall worn-down facilities. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning unit—it was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep or relax in the room. Additionally, the room lacked some basic amenities you would expect, such as a safe for storing valuables, which made me feel a bit uneasy during my stay. While the hotel may have been charming at one point, it now feels neglected and in need of significant updates."

"The day I was traveling with my baby, the hotel called me to confirm my reservation by having me pay for the room over the phone. I told then I didn't feel comfortable and that I had selected to pay in person in the hotel room. She was rude and didn't like that I wouldn't pay but I read her my reservation policy and had till later that day to pay without cancellation of my reservation. I also told her that I was traveling alone with a baby and would get in late. Then when I got there, other women that just checked in came back from their room to complain of it's smell. The women behind the desk gave them disinfectant spray as the solution. Then after I checked in the room was dirty. There was pee around the toilet. The bed looked like it was slept in. The sheets did not look or feel fresh. They felt old and used. Food crumbs were all over the carpet. There was sticky stuff on the night stand. Lamps were stained with water. The phone and lamp was broken. I called the front desk through my cell phone and the lady was rude. She said she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I tried to check out that night and they did not give me a refund. "

"The staff was more than five stars. They were considerate and accommodating and went above to make our stay excellent. The breakfast changes a bit every day and the variety is nice as we stayed for several days. The queen suite is big and allows us to have room to stretch out. "
