"Nice place to stay had a lovely massage which was excellent not sure on parking as we went on the train close to pubs and town centre only one member of reception staff was quite sharp when asked a question but everyone else was amazing"

"Lovely hotel. Great location. Comfy bed and pillows. Good choice for breakfast"

"Check-in was terrible, they won't let us check-in because THEY cannot find a payment record from hotels.com It took quite a while and they did not even say sorry or compensate for how long it took even though it's their fault in the first place."

"Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place"

"Excellent quirky hotel in a great location. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Clean lovely room with view of the center. Breakfast was excellent. Location the best. Walkable all around the old town. Would stay here again."

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "

"Lovely hotel, excellence customer service & great location"

"The breakfast was brilliant and the pub was conveniently located for town. The decor was cool too."

"The hotel was very clean food was good and staff were friendly and helpful"

"Really good location that was in the heart of downtown and a close walk to everything."

"Good location, not far from all attractions. The car park on-site is convenience. The hotel provides a small breakfast but delicious. They also have complimentary coffee and tea which is very nice."

"Ba Ba guest house Chester was a superb find. I stayed for 2 nights whilst doing the marathon. A very big single room, everyone provided & a very comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to the city centre & a 30 minute walk to the race course. The owners were really friendly & helpful with car parking. I would definitely recommend this guest house if you want a quiet comfortable stay close to all amenities."
