"Nice beds, but ADA bathroom was difficult because of oddly short shower curtain that allowed the tile floor to get soaked and slippery. Lots of little flying bugs in bathroom. Other than those aspects, the room was fine. Typically, the TV was difficult to navigate."

"When we checked in to our room we took the green clean for our room. Got to our room and floors had not been swept or vacuumed. Spoke to front desk and she said they would take care of it. Returned to the hotel after being gone all day and it was not taken care of. The floor was gritty, had paper and stuff in carpet. Disgusting to walk on. We were also informed at check in there would be no elevator for our check out day. Our room was on the 4th floor. We were told to use the stairwell. Got to...

The bistro bar was not operational, broken coffee maker. I now have a stye on my right eye after sleeping in that disgusting room. Asked management for a call, still have not received a...

"Everything was great!!"

"Fantastic from check-in to departure! Can not beat the view, lazy river, pool! Wveryone was very kind. Will stay again"

"Room and staff were great! The only thing that irked me was that we got a call saying that a package was waiting for us in the lobby (it was our anniversary so i thought maybe one of our parents sent us something) and when we got down there they swindled us into paying $30 to go to a timeshare meeting. I also wish the 2 bottles of water a day didn’t require us to go to the front desk to retrieve it.. would have been more satisfied if they were just brought to our room. The room itself was great...
