"In fact, since the hotel overbooked that weekend, I was proposed a different hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk. It caused a bit of anxiety as I waited for confirmation of the room in the other establishment, but I was impressed by the professionalism and clear, prompt communication on Nadiya's customer service portal. The hotel was Optima Collection Park Hotel and so, all of my ratings given here pertain to that accommodation, not Nadiya..."
