My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm after a long journey and we were looking forward to sleep. The hotel had a different plan for us. We had booked (and paid) for a deluxe room however it seems that the staff had given our room away to someone else (or double booked the room). Rather than being upfront and honest with Us, they did what we frequently experience in India, showed us to ‘our’ room and hoping we would not notice (with no mention of a refund of the difference in price). We noticed. I asked the category of the room and it then became clear what the previous chat between the 2 colleagues (in English, where the remaining conversations were had in their local dialect) was about. They were discussing which was the biggest room they could give us! Making us feel they were giving us the biggest room they had, not that they were giving us a smaller, lower category room for the same price!! The manager was called. Once he arrived, after 2 calls made to him, he told us that our actual room, we had booked over a week prior, had faulty AC. Not believing this, we told him we were leaving and hurriedly booked another hotel. He did offer us a deluxe room the next night however as we had to leave at 3am to catch our flight, it seemed little consolation. We would never again consider this place. There are too many nicer places out there! As for refund, we were asked to take that up with Expedia!

Nice Hotel

Booked for 2 Persons and paid but when I reach Hotel there is only booked room for 1 person. Already booked for 2 adults but i paid again extra for 1 person. Hotel was nice but the booking system made us sad becoz we travelled a lot but this is our first time uncomfort booking.

Very nice hotel near the airport

Pros: Quick check in. Professional, proactive and customer oriented staff, especially Mr Sudhir. Clean and comfortable room with both air conditioning and fan. Satellite tv and phone are also available. Room service is excellent. Hotel is close to the MAA airport and within walking reach of the metro station and various restaurants. Cons: loud noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor till late at night. Room seems to be slowly running old and would need some minor maintenance

keep looking. this is a horrible place

this is one of the worst experiences i have ever had in travel. they charged me for two nights when i only stayed 5 hours. Expedia shouldnt deal with these bandits. i should have called the police but was too tired from traveling. just paid and left. won't book a hotel through expedia again. it was too complicated and like talking to a robot.

Good hotel close to the airport

We had a very good stay at Treebo Nestlay. The room was modern and clean with all the commodity we needed. The highlight of our stay though was the staff! Everyone was very attentive to our needs and the manager was awesome. We had the chance to check in early and the manager also accommodated us very well with our late checkout as our flight was late evening. The location of this hotel is really great too. From the airport we caught the metro for two stations and walked two minutes to get to the hotel. Super convenient and cheap.

Pour une nuit, vraiment très correct. En plus le personnel a pris l'initiative, puisque nous avions indiqué l'heure de notre vol, de nous appeler avec un peu d'anticipation et de commander un taxi.

Friendly Staff and helpful reception

Staff helped with the luggage. Tips are not mandatory. Close to the airport , good breakfast. Best for layovers and reasonable pricing. Very clean and neat place compared to other hotels in the area.

Close to airport. Good for one day stay.

Stayed here yesterday night. Felt like this hotel is good for onenight stay after a long journey or a quick stay before the journey. Reception guy was excellent and so the serving guy. Mosquitoes arebseen but they provide repellant. Water supply is awesome and bathrooms are ok. 200 rupees from airport to hotel or hotel to airport. One day comfort quicj comfort.

Good , I will visit you my next trip

Almost every minute I heard airplane landing sound and i tried to shut the windows but that was not good working order ,I couldn't closed the window well ! in the room there were to many maskito I turned on fly detector but it didn't kill all and I destroyed that maskitos by hand ! Room was perfectly clean , in the bathroom water pressure was weak ! I hope they will fix it ! staff were good and friendly , sorry I couldn't have breakfast bekoz my flight was early in morning !
