This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the condition of my room, in your 4-star establishment. The lack of cleanliness and ventilation has created an environment that is not only uncomfortable but also potentially hazardous to health, particularly considering the current global health situation. The room's uncleanliness is evident, with dirt, grime, and dust present throughout. Equally concerning is the lack of proper ventilation, leading to stagnant and uncomfortable air quality. This compromises both comfort and safety, potentially facilitating the spread of infections. I implore you to take immediate action to address these issues. A thorough cleaning and improvement of ventilation are essential. The well-being of your guests is at stake, and I urge your team to prioritize their health and safety. I will strongly not recommend this hotel to any new customers.

Perfect

The room was spacious enough for 3, clean and neat, the staff very accommodating with respect to early check-in’s and late check-outs and responded promptly to every query or need. Good spread of yummy food. Couldn’t ask for more. Made our stay very comfortable.

Disappointing

It was an old hotel and the rooms (I tried 2) were smelling of mold. I understand it comes from the central air condition, which I think they should replace. I'm sure it was a beautiful hotel back in the day, but it sucks now. Try somewhere else.

Pride located in centre of city.It is close to many theatres ,restaurants and malls.Eventhough its an old hotel interior of room and reception are maintained very well.Food quality at restaurant is good.As awhile its a good budget hotel

Excellent Hotel!!

Excellent hotel in chennai. And the staff are really good and they were able to allow an early check-in and late check-out. everything was excellent except for the bar which was horrible and not well stocked, bar tender had no knowledge bout drinks. But the others things made up for it. This is an awesome hotel

Good price but dont expect much else

The location is good, the price is decent the staff is friendly but the hotel is not maintained well. The main lobby has strong musty smell, the elevator is small and dirty, the rooms are just ok.
