Horrible place. Do not go by the photos. I request the authority to keep the place clean because I found the room to be very dirty and also the room was smelling bad the whole time. Money taken was too much for the terrible room and no hot water supply, no extra towel. Service was bad. I booked for two days but stayed only for a day as I could not bear the smell. A BIG NO for this hotel unless they keep it clean.

Ｔナガールの警察署の隣りのホテル

飲食店やスーパーなどが多いＴナガール地区のホテル。地下、1Ｆ、2Ｆにテナントショップが入っていてホテルは3Ｆと4Ｆ。フロントは4Ｆで必ず4Ｆ経由でしかホテル内に入れず、セキュリティ面は安心でした。 毎朝新聞が無料で配達されます。エアコンの効きも良かった。

I had booked AC room, but the receptionist said "we were informed to book Non-AC `` I said "I booked online on hotels.com" receptionist was so rude and asked me to pay 480 more for 2 days AC room VERY UNCLEAN HOTEL Hotel is filled with bad smell at outdoor and inside the room. There is no proper Ventilation. Hotel authorities switch off ac's in the afternoon. Only after request they switch on.

Well...hotel is good..staff was helpful..room was clear and clean....but i am not happy with booking from hotels.com...i booked an AC room and was offered a non AC room..huh...also HOTEL.COM showing 24hrs check in/out time for this suriya I'nal, but in actual it is 12pm-12pm..I reached at hotel in morning 6o'clock and I was asked to come at or after 12pm..huh that was ridiculous...so better double check with check in check out timing before making any booking..website may show 24hrs check in check out but in actual it may be not

When I arrived at the Hotel Suriya International after a train ride from Bhubaneswar, the hotel staff (manager?) told me he had informed Expedia that previous day that the hotel was oversold, even though I had booked a room months prior. He proceeded to yell and offered no solution except to call Expedia. I protested and eventually he did call Expedia. Magically, a room "appeared." I strongly, strongly, strongly do not recommend this hotel, not for the quality of the room, but for the widely rude staff.

Reception in 4 floor! Not a right place if you are with family. Basic amneties are okay. Furniture are ancient and shabby. But hotel staff are courteous and friendly.
