"Séjour chaotique : Adresse de localisation de l’hôtel introuvable, problème de cohérence entre le nom de l’hôtel et l’adresse.
Tout le monde fume partout même dans les zone non fumeur, même le matin au petit déjeuner les gens fumes la ou les gens mangent c’est très irrespectueux.
J’ai choisi cet hôtel car j’avais eu un incroyable séjour via la chaîne IHG au Portugal mais à Kunming rien à voir vraiment aucun personnel parle anglais même le responsable soit disant ne le parle pas. Heureusement...
"Rummet var stort, men kändes lite stelt. Det hade varit trevligt med lite mer inredning som t.ex fler tavlor. Dessutom upplevde jag det inte som så noggrannt städat, såg hårstrån på golvet som inte var mina. Gymmet och swimmingpoolen var helt klart det bästa! Frukosten hade gärna kunnat få vara tydligare märkt med vad som var vegetarisk/veganskt. "
"The environment is really pretty and tropical, lot of trees . Room is nice, staff very helpful, food is good. The only drawback is it’s kind of far from city. You will need taxi for most of the activities. The hotel is walking distance to DianChi only. Overall, hotel is nice for getaway , but not too convenient if you are here for touring the city "
"First thing I noticed when arriving at Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre is very nice short drive-way direct to the main entrance, under covered. Check-in was smooth and fast. Staff was courteous and helpful, speaking excellent English as well.

"Staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. Metro within 5 minutes walk and can get to/from airport with one easy change."
