"The best part of this hotel was its friendly and professional staff. The facilities like the Gym and the Spa were our personal favorite. Excellent location. The breakfast was also really amazing. Would highly, highly recommend. "

"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."
