"Our stay in Grand Parc View Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were gery helpful, polite and professional. Despite the language barrier, the staff made every effort to help us in English. Our apartment was kept very clean and our house keeper, Ms Suzanne Dan, was very attentive and meticulous. If there is any improvement needed, our sons' single bed was creeking. Maintenance team should look into this. The hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of all the attractions in the city...

"Everything was great, the room, the properties around the area, there is 2 convenience stores, a cafe and a restaurant just below the hotel. The room we had a washing machine which my friend used multiple times, the refreshing of the rooms are great too, although the only minor thing i would like to comment is there is no ramp around the hotel, so it was kinda inconvenient to bring up and down my luggages luckily i wasnt alone, the lobby in the first floor is a bit too hot as well. "Convenient to major shopping area, easy reach to subway. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and spacious, but noisy during daytime from stores at neighbouring streets but was quiet after 10 pm. Need to improve sound proofing from adjacent room too."
